For those of you who may not know, I have returned to school to finish my Bachelors degree. I am currently working through the Biola BOLD program, which offers degree in Organizational Leadership. At first I thought the degree was some sort of a giveaway degree but after completing my first class I have come to see that this degree is very well planed out and has a whole lot to teach me.
Just this past Tuesday I completed my first class, Group and Organization Behavior. I learned a tremendous amount in this class. This course is the first you take in the program mainly because I am going to have the same class members for the next 16 months so we had better be able to function as a group. Also, this class included some great portions on teamwork, group problem solving, conflict, and listening. This really would be a great class for anybody who may possibly have to work in a team at sometime.
So that is one down and 14 more to go. Can I do it? Will I be able to hold out? Will they ever bring back the All Crunchberries cereal? Who really knows.
